Truly Great Coffee
Wheelys Cafe is an international brand that roasts organic and fair trade coffee from the shores of Lake Tawar in Sumatra, Indonesia. The Indonesian Idolatry blend by Wheelys is roasted in California, USA fresh every Monday of the week and shipped here to Columbia, Missouri. The flavor profile of Wheelys Indonesian Idolatry is low acidity, syrupy body, with chocolate, black cherry and rich earthy flavors for an unforgettable taste.
Wheelys Cafe-Columbia Missouri lives by serving sustainably and organic. Whilst serving delicious Wheelys beans, our cart here in Columbia supports local roasters as well, and currently features another organic and fair trade blend by Camacho Coffee. Camacho coffee takes pride in giving back to Columbia, and each bag of coffee sold gives back 10% to a charitable/non-profit organization in the community. We serve Camacho's El Salvador- Colomba roast, which has hints of baking spice, milk chocolate, and floral undertones.
Introducing
Pour-over Coffee
taste.
At Wheelys Columbia, we take pride in making sure that each cup of coffee is made correctly for full customer-satisfaction. We grind our beans fresh daily and hand-brew each cup of coffee at our cart while working. This pour-over method includes a careful extracting process, allowing the beans to extract flavor and taste in a timely manner, as well as carefully measuring out a bean to water ratio and boiling the water to the perfect temperature. While our coffee is made fresh daily using the pour over method for our "batch brew", we also serve individualized cups using the pour over method with a porcelain filter.

Why Ethical
Coffee Matters
care.
With coffee so high in demand, blurred lines form around what our consumers want, and what they are actually paying for. Here at Wheelys, we simplify that need for coffee by providing a solution for consumers: coffee grown by people willingly, without unwanted pesticides or add-ins. The Ateng Arabica has been grown by the Gayo people for almost a century, and is found surrounding the shores of Lake Tawar. Cultivated at 1,500 meters, the combination of soil and climate has made this coffee recognized worldwide for its unique flavor. Traded fairly and organically grown, Wheelys offers genuine coffee that isn't impeded by others in the growing process by unfair trading policies or manipulated farming techniques.
